President
As President and Co-Founder of Profectus, Aaron leads the business development process to implement
growth opportunities within and between organizations, providing management of
client service related activities and performance of all departments. Aaron
combines strategic thinking and sharp leadership execution coupled with relentless ambition
and energy.
GILBERT ALBA III
Senior Managing Partner
As the Senior Managing Partner and Co- Founder of Profectus, Gilbert is responsible for leading the development
and execution of the company’s long term strategy with a view to creating
shareholder value. Gilbert’s leadership role also entails being ultimately
responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the
company’s long and short term plans.
